Items can be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund. All items must be in original packaging and have all tags attached. Any sandals that have been worn are not eligible for a refund. No return or exchanges on sale items.

All items are shipped with Standard Australia Post satchels. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items. We will do our best to send them to you as soon as possible. If your items do not arrive within this period please send us an email to trace your package for you.
