-Returns Policy
Items can be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund. All items must be in original packaging and have all tags attached. Any sandals that have been worn are not eligible for a refund. No return or exchanges on sale items.
-Women's Sandal Sizing
Our women's sizing runs in true European sizing from sizes 37-42
As our sandals are each hand made the sizes are hand tooled into the insole in single units. Therefore size 37 is stamped as a 7, size 38 as 8 , size 39 as 9 and so on.
If deciding between sizing please go down a size. Our sandals are made with natural raw untreated leathers and usually unlined therefore will slightly give & stretch to contour your feet. Therefore we recommend they fit you from heel to toe perfectly.
Our natural rubber sole & leather insole will slowly soften & mould to your foot after only a couple of wears which will make them super comfy & unique to only you.
-Care
Please try and keep your leather sandals away from water, as this will cause them to stretch and also cause them to mark. If you do wish to condition them , please use a soft cloth with a bit of olive oil and rub into the leather. This will condition the leather and help hide any watermarks that may have occurred. Please note that this will also darken your natural coloured leather a few shades.

Our childrens sizing runs from size 24-34

If choosing between sizing please go up a size. Standard fitment for childrens feet should allow one thumb width distance at the front of sandal to allow for growth. please note sandals are suited well to chubby feet, as they allow for a high arch.
